The Mommy Method ♥

Coaching & Consulting By Moms, For ALL Women

Healing Starts With HER

We believe every woman deserves the freedom to heal, grow, and lead her life on her terms.

The Mommy Method is more than an organization—it’s a safe, supportive space created by moms, for all women.

I help women uncover and build compassionate relationships with every part of themselves—so they can heal internal wounds, live in harmony within, and walk fully in their true, authentic selves.

We now proudly offer consulting for digital marketing, helping women confidently build brands and lead with purpose in both life and entrepreneurship.

Because healing and growth start with YOU!

The Mom Behind the Method

Adrienne Walker

LMSW | Coach | ISSA-CPT

Host of the Actually Anointed Podcast

ey! I’m Adrienne Walker—most folks call me Dree. I’m a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), Parts Coach, ISSA-Certified Personal Trainer, and the founder of The Mommy Method. I’m also a digital marketing consultant, wife, mom of four (plus one bonus babe), and the voice behind the Actually Anointed podcast.

My work is rooted in both personal experience and professional training. As a former Division I athlete and a proud alumna of The Ohio State University and Indiana Wesleyan University, I’ve lived a life shaped by discipline, identity shifts, and learning how to lead from within.

Since 2015, I’ve served individuals and families through social work—advocating for mental health, maternal support, and healing in under-resourced communities. But the most transformative work I’ve done has been inside: healing the wounded, protective, and overlooked parts of me.

My journey includes high-risk pregnancies, pregnancy loss, postpartum depression, childhood trauma, and surviving intimate partner violence. These chapters led me to Parts Work and gave me language for the internal conflict, survival responses, and self-silencing I had been living through for years.

Now, I help other women do that same inner work—gently uncovering and honoring the many parts of who they are, so they can move from fragmentation to wholeness.

Whether you’re reparenting your inner child, navigating motherhood, breaking generational cycles, or finally choosing yourself—you deserve to feel seen, safe, and supported on that journey.

The Mommy Method isn’t just for moms. It’s for any woman who is ready to explore the layers of her story, meet herself with compassion, and walk in her true, integrated self.

Because healing starts with HER.
And building? That starts with HER too.

Let’s take that step forward togetHER.
