The Mommy Method ♥

Healing Starts With HER

At The Mommy Method, we believe every woman deserves the freedom to heal, grow, and lead her life on her own terms.

Founded by a mother who transformed her pain into purpose, this movement honors the motherhood mindset—a way of nurturing, creating, and sustaining life that lives in all women, whether you're raising children, dreams, communities, or your inner self. This is more than coaching—it’s a sacred space for women to reclaim their stories, rise with intention, and thrive with compassion.

We Support ALL Women.

The Mom Behind the Method

Coach Adrienne Walker

Host of the Actually Anointed Podcast

Hey! I’m Adrienne Walker—also known as Dree. I’m a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), Resilience Coach, Certified Personal Trainer (ISSA-CPT), and the founder of The Mommy Method. I’m also a wife, mother of four, bonus mom of one, and host of the Actually Anointed podcast.

My journey has been shaped by both personal and professional experiences. As a former Division I athlete and a graduate of The Ohio State University and Indiana Wesleyan University, I understand the dedication and resilience it takes to achieve goals. Since 2015, I've worked in social work, witnessing firsthand the gaps in maternal health and the silence surrounding postpartum struggles.

My own experiences with high-risk deliveries, pregnancy loss, postpartum depression, and surviving intimate partner violence and childhood trauma have deepened my commitment to supporting women. I recognize the urgent need for trauma-informed, faith-centered, and culturally competent care, especially considering that Black or African American life coaches make up only about 8.7% of all life coaches in the U.S., and licensed Black therapists account for just over 20% of all licensed therapists.

When I created The Mommy Method, I knew it would serve mothers. But what’s become beautifully clear is that this movement is for ALL women. Because resilience isn’t exclusive to motherhood—it’s essential to womanhood. :)

At The Mommy Method, we believe every woman deserves to write her own story—on her own terms. Whether you're a woman navigating motherhood, reparenting your inner child, or seeking balance in life, our trauma-informed, faith-centered coaching meets you where you are. We provide personalized support in wellness, relationships, motherhood, and self-love, empowering every woman to thrive with confidence and compassion.

Healing starts with HER… it starts with YOU.
